Yogurt, oat & fruit layer
This is a really healthy, good for you breakfast that tastes delicious too with fruit mixed berries and sweet strawberry yoghurt
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 1-2 minutes
What you need:
- 75g jumbo oats
- 200g fresh mixed berries
- 150g Yeo Valley Strawberry Yogurt
What you do:
- Lightly dry fry the oats for 1-2 minutes until golden and toasted in a non-stick pan, then allow to cool.
- Spoon half the fruit in the base of 2 tall or wine glasses.
- Top with half the Yogurt and the half the oats.
- Repeat the layers and serve chilled.
Handy tip:
Try using Yeo Valley Vanilla Yogurt with diced mango and peaches.
