Marmalade porridge with clotted cream

Get your brain going and ready for the day with this delicious marmalade porridge breakfast

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 2-3 minutes
Serves: 1

What you need:

  • 50g porridge oats
  • 300ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp English marmalade
  • 2 tsp Cornish clotted cream

What you do:

  1. Place the oats, milk and marmalade in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes or according to instructions on the pack.
  3. Top with a spoonful of clotted cream and serve.

 

Handy tip:

Try using apricot jam instead of marmalade for a slightly sweeter option.
