Marmalade porridge with clotted cream
Get your brain going and ready for the day with this delicious marmalade porridge breakfast
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 2-3 minutes
Serves: 1
What you need:
- 50g porridge oats
- 300ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp English marmalade
- 2 tsp Cornish clotted cream
What you do:
- Place the oats, milk and marmalade in a small saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes or according to instructions on the pack.
- Top with a spoonful of clotted cream and serve.
Handy tip:
Try using apricot jam instead of marmalade for a slightly sweeter option.
