Tuna & potato layer
This really couldn't be easier to make and is a brilliant mid-week meal for all the family

- Serves: 4
What you need:
- 500g New Potatoes Thinly sliced
- 2 x 200g Tinned Tuna in Brine
- 195g Tinned Sweetcorn (drained and rinsed)
- 1 x Packet of Savoury White Sauce Mix
- 300ml Semi-Skimmed or Skimmed
- 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
- 50g Grated Cheddar Cheese
What you do:
- Add the sliced new potatoes to a pan of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
- Make the white sauce from the pack and add milk, according to the instructions on the pack.
- In a saucepan add the tinned tuna, sweetcorn and parsley. Cook over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot.
- Place half the potatoes on the base of a heatproof serving dish. Pour over the tuna mixture. Add slices of potato on top and sprinkle with cheese
- Place under a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
