King prawn stir-fry

Served with shiitake mushrooms and pak choi, this king prawn stir-fry is so quick you can have it on the table in under 10 minutes!

What you need:

  • 200g pak choi
  • 250g king prawns, tail on
  • 150g shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbs Schwartz Chinese Richly Roasted spice blend
  • 1 tbs Shaoxing rice wine
  • 1 tsp Thai fish sauce

What you do:

  1. Separate the pak choi stalks from the leaves and slice the stalks. Heat a little oil in a hot wok, add the King prawns and stir fry.
  2. Add the pak choi stalks, shiitake mushrooms and COOK ART roasted spice blend, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 1 tbs Shaoxing rice wine, 1 tsp Thai fish sauce and the pak choi leaves, stir fry for a further minute. Serve immediately.
