King prawn stir-fry
Served with shiitake mushrooms and pak choi, this king prawn stir-fry is so quick you can have it on the table in under 10 minutes!
What you need:
- 200g pak choi
- 250g king prawns, tail on
- 150g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbs Schwartz Chinese Richly Roasted spice blend
- 1 tbs Shaoxing rice wine
- 1 tsp Thai fish sauce
What you do:
- Separate the pak choi stalks from the leaves and slice the stalks. Heat a little oil in a hot wok, add the King prawns and stir fry.
- Add the pak choi stalks, shiitake mushrooms and COOK ART roasted spice blend, stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 tbs Shaoxing rice wine, 1 tsp Thai fish sauce and the pak choi leaves, stir fry for a further minute. Serve immediately.
