Stir fried king prawns with ramen noodles & sesame soy yaki sauce

What you need:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 4 spring onions (trimmed and cut into 2.5cm lengths)
- 250g broccoli tops
- 200g king prawns (peeled and de-veined)
- 1 jar Blue Dragon Sesame Soy & Spring Onion Yaki Sauce
- 250g Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles (cooked until al dente and then refreshed under cold water)
- toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
What you do:
- Heat the oil in a wok
- Add the peppers, spring onions and broccoli and stir-fry until almost cooked through
- Add the prawns and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until they turn pink
- Add the sauce and noodles and heat through
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds
Handy cook's tip:
Toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan otherwise they will stick and burn very quickly!
