Stir fried king prawns with ramen noodles & sesame soy yaki sauce

What you need:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 4 spring onions (trimmed and cut into 2.5cm lengths)
  • 250g broccoli tops
  • 200g king prawns (peeled and de-veined)
  • 1 jar Blue Dragon Sesame Soy & Spring Onion Yaki Sauce
  • 250g Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles (cooked until al dente and then refreshed under cold water)
  • toasted sesame seeds, to garnish

What you do:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok
  2. Add the peppers, spring onions and broccoli and stir-fry until almost cooked through
  3. Add the prawns and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until they turn pink
  4. Add the sauce and noodles and heat through
  5. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds

Handy cook's tip:

Toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan otherwise they will stick and burn very quickly!
