Smoked salmon & lemon creme fraiche canapes
Delicious smoked salmon canapes, perfect for entertaining
What you need:
- Aunt Bessie's Bite Size Yorkshire Puddings
- Smoked salmon, sliced
- Creme Fraiche
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Sprigs of dill
What you do:
- Mix the creme fraiche and the lemon juice and zest, and season to taste.
- Re-heat the Bite Size Yorkshire Puddings as per on pack instructions.
- Spoon a little of the lemon creme fraiche into the well of each of the Yorkshire Puddings.
- Top with a slice of smoked salmon and garnish with a sprig of dill.
