Roast beef & horseradish cream canapes

Delicious roast beef canapes, perfect for the buffet table

What you need:

• Aunt Bessie's Bite Size Yorkshire Puddings
• Sliced roast beef
• Creme fraiche
• Horseradish cream

What you do:

1. Mix the creme fraiche with the horseradish cream and season to taste.
2. Re-heat the Yorkshire Puddings as per the on pack instructions.
3. Spoon a little of the horseradish creme fraiche into the well of each of the Yorkshire Puddings.
4. Top with a slice of roast beef.
