Paradise punch
A gorgeous, exotic drink that's perfect for summer parties and barbecues. With a taste that's more refreshing than soda water, Perrier's rich bubbles soften the bite of the alcohol making it the final piece of the puzzle to complete your perfect summer's cocktail party.

What you need:
- 40ml Gin
- 30ml Lychee Liqueur
- 20ml Lychee Puree
- 15ml Ginger Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Chilli sliced thinly
- Perrier mineral water
What you do:
- Muddle the chilli in a Boston glass.
- Add all the ingredients followed by a few ice cubes and shake.
- Pour over ice and top up with Perrier.
- Add some more crushed ice and add some more sliced chilli as a garnish, along with a peeped lychee.
