Galileo wrap
Galileo is super sweet and dreamy and a naughty but nice Bohemian which is reflected in this rocky road wrap comprising chocolate, marshmallows, cherries, golden syrup and digestive biscuits.

What you need:
- 200g bitter chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 8 Digestive biscuits (120g) crushed lightly
- 60g semi dried cherries
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 60g semi dried cranberries
- 50g baby marshmallows
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Mission Deli Wrap
What you do:
- Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
- When melted add the golden syrup and olive oil. Mix well, and then pour over the rest of the dried ingredients. Carefully mix together.
- Lay a wrap on a chopping board and fill with a quarter of the mixture.
- Fold up in the normal way, then wrap in cling film nice and tightly.
- Chill for 2 hours, and then slice in diagonal 1cm thick slices.
