Coco Pops chocolate fruit
Fun to make and to eat, so eat it while you make it!
Serves: 6
What you need:
- 200g milk chocolate, chopped and melted
- 200g pack small to medium strawberries and 3 bananas
- 2 cups (60g) Kellogg's Coco Pops
What you do:
- Clean the strawberries by wiping gently with damp kitchen towel. Peel and cut the banana into 2 cm lengths. Place in a bowl in the centre of the table or share out between those eating.
- To melt chocolate, microwave on high for 2 minutes* stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted or place in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, take off the heat and stir constantly until smooth and fully melted. Put the bowl in the middle of the table.
- Put a bowl of Kellogg's Coco Pops in the middle of the table with the fruit and hot chocolate.
- Dip fruit into the chocolate until half coated then into the Kellogg's Coco Pops and ensure a generous coating
