Chocolate brownies

Lovely chocolatey gooey brownies - serve them on their own with cups of tea, or with dollops of ice cream to make a delicious dessert

Makes: 12 brownies

What you need:

What you do:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line an average sized roasting tin with baking parchment.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a large bowl set above a pan of simmering water.
  3. Beat the eggs and sugar together in a separate, very large bowl.
  4. Add the chocolate mixture and fold in the flour.
  5. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for exactly 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin before cutting into squares.
  7. Serve with Kelly's Cornish Clotted Cream Ice Cream.
