Pizza omelette
If you're after a really fast and filling dinner, this pizza omelette is ready in 10 minutes and contains one of your five a day

26g Fat - 37% GDA
10g Sat Fat - 50% GDA
1.4g Salt - 23% GDA
1 portion of vegetables
Equipment:
Jug
Small non-stick frying pan
What you need:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ x 198g can Green Giant Sweetcorn, drained
- pinch dried oregano or mixed herbs
- 25g mature cheddar cheese, grated
What you do:
- Break the eggs into a jug, season and beat with a fork then add the sweetcorn Pre-heat the grill
- Heat a small non-stick pan with the oil, pour the eggs and sweetcorn into the hot pan and quickly swirl to cover the pan evenly. Cook over a medium high heat and when the egg begins to set around the side, using a spatula, pull the mixture away from the sides towards the middle, tilt the pan to allow the liquid egg to fill the gaps.
- When the top is nearly set, sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
- Place the pan under the hot grill and cook until the cheese melts.
