Stir fry sweet chilli pork

This sweet chilli pork is ready in just 13 minutes and goes perfectly with baby sweetcorn and red pepper

Serves: 2
Cooking time: 13 minutes

What you need:

  • 200g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 x 150g sachet Uncle Ben's Sweet & Spicy Chilli Stir Fry sauce
  • 1 x 250g pouch of Uncle Ben's Basmati Wok Rice
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • ½ red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin slices
  • 150g baby sweetcorn
  • 1tbsp oil

What you do:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or a large non stick frying pan, add the pork and stir fry over a high heat for 3 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add the spring onions, red pepper and baby sweetcorn and stir fry for 1-2 mins.
  3. Add the Uncle Ben's Sweet & Spicy Chilli sauce, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the Uncle Ben's Basmati Wok Rice and serve immediately.
