Tandoori chicken
This is a really simple chicken recipe, but it's packed full of flavour with the tandoori spices and cooled with Greek yogurt
What you need:
- 125ml Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 4 tsp COOK ART Richly Roasted Tandoori spice blend
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts, bone on
- Lemon wedges garnish
- Onion and coriander salad garnish
What you do:
- Combine the yoghurt, lemon juice, spice blend and olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and leave to marinade for half an hour.
- Cook under a medium grill for 20 minutes, turning regularly until the chicken is cooked through and has taken on a lightly blacked appearance.
- Serve with onion and coriander salad garnish.
