Tandoori chicken

This is a really simple chicken recipe, but it's packed full of flavour with the tandoori spices and cooled with Greek yogurt

What you need:

  • 125ml Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 4 tsp COOK ART Richly Roasted Tandoori spice blend
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts, bone on
  • Lemon wedges garnish
  • Onion and coriander salad garnish

What you do:

  1. Combine the yoghurt, lemon juice, spice blend and olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and leave to marinade for half an hour.
  2. Cook under a medium grill for 20 minutes, turning regularly until the chicken is cooked through and has taken on a lightly blacked appearance.
  3. Serve with onion and coriander salad garnish.
