Sesame & citrus chicken stir-fry
Lemon chicken is a flavour you've probably tried before, but the sesame and ginger add a unusual taste that'll keep your guests guessing as well as coming back for more
What you need:
- 1tsp olive oil
- 450g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper
- 1 Carrot, julienne
- Courgette, cut into thin strips (using a peeler)
- 100g Spring onions
- 2tbs COOK ART Ginger, sesame & citrus zest
- 2 tbs light soy sauce
What you do:
- Heat olive oil in a wok or frying pan, fry chicken breasts until browned.
- Add vegetables and fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce along with COOK ART Ginger, Sesame & Citrus Zest spice blend. Heat through and serve immediately.
