Home-made beef burgers with relish & camembert
Mouth-watering home made burgers with an even more mouth-watering topping

What you need:
- 260g best quality minced beef
- 10 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 5 dashes Tabasco
- 2 heaped tsp red pesto
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 dsp caster sugar
- A little olive oil
- 2 dsp red wine vinegar
- 4 slices Coeur de Lion Camembert
- Toasted ciabatta and rocket to serve
What you do:
- Mix the mince together with the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, Dijon mustard, pesto and parsley. Season the mixture according to taste.
- Form into 2 patties.
- Finely slice the red onion and sauté for 2 mins in a little olive oil, add in the sugar and cook for a further 2 mins before adding the red wine vinegar. Cook until soft and caramelised, about 10mins
- Heat a griddle pan or frying pan and add the burgers, cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Top each burger with the Camembert and red onions, serve on toasted ciabatta with the rocket.
