Bonfire treacle toffee fudge crisp

This firecracker of a sweet treat is sure to get the tastebuds of both the kids and the adults tingling.

  • Cooking: 10 mins
  • Serves: 6

What you need:

  • 3 Mission Deli wraps
  • 250g (9oz) bitter or milk orange chocolate, chopped
  • 125g (4 1/2oz) fudge, chopped into very small pieces
  • 30g (1oz) Rice Krispies
  • 20g ( 3/4 oz) popcorn or Muesli, optional
  • 40g (1 1/2 oz) white chocolate, chopped roughly
  • 2 tbsp Golden syrup

What you do:

  1. Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water, or carefully in a microwave.
  2. Mix the fudge pieces, Rice Krispies, popcorn or muesli, chopped white chocolate and Golden syrup together.
  3. Then pour over the warm melted chocolate and mix well.
  4. Cut the wraps in half, then place a large spoonful of the mixture on one end of the wrap.
  5. Roll up in a cone fashion.
  6. Set into a smallish bowl, pointed side down, and then repeat for the other 5 cones.
  7. Pack together, and chill well.
  8. Just before serving, dust heavily with icing sugar.
