Chilli prawns with linguine
A tasty summer recipe with bags of flavour and a chilli kick!
- Preparation: 10 mins
- Cooking: 15 mins
- Serves: 3
What you need:
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 50g butter
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 225g tiger prawns, peeled
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Handful of parsley, chopped
- Handful of coriander, chopped
- Handful of dill, chopped
- 200g linguine
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
What you do:
- Brown the garlic in the butter with the red chilli and onion in a ProCook Gourmet Steel Saucepan.
- Stir in the prawns, lemon juice, coriander, parsley and dill then mix with a ProCook Wooden Spoon.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes then serve over the freshly cooked linguine with a dash of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
