Chilli prawns with linguine

A tasty summer recipe with bags of flavour and a chilli kick!

  • Preparation: 10 mins
  • Cooking: 15 mins
  • Serves: 3

What you need:

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 50g butter
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 225g tiger prawns, peeled
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Handful of parsley, chopped
  • Handful of coriander, chopped
  • Handful of dill, chopped
  • 200g linguine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

What you do:

  1. Brown the garlic in the butter with the red chilli and onion in a ProCook Gourmet Steel Saucepan.
  2. Stir in the prawns, lemon juice, coriander, parsley and dill then mix with a ProCook Wooden Spoon.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes then serve over the freshly cooked linguine with a dash of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
