Satay & sesame chicken skewers
These are perfect for a barbecue but if the weather's terrible or you're having a party, these will still go down a treat!
Serves: 2/3
What you need:
- 250g Chicken Breast, cut into 3cm cubes
- 1 Green Pepper, cut into 3cm cubes
- 1 Onion, cut into 3cm cubes
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 100ml Blue Dragon Malaysian Satay Squeezy Sauce
- 20 bamboo skewers
What you do:
- Place the diced chicken, peppers and onions in a bowl and pour over half the sauce.
- Leave to marinade for at least ½ an hour, then thread onto the bamboo skewers alternating between chicken, pepper and onion.
- Place under the grill or in the oven and cook on medium heat
- When almost cooked through sprinkle with the sesame seeds and continue cooking taking care not to burn the sesame seeds
- Serve with the remaining sauce hot as a dip.
