Roast beef with salsa patatas bravas
This is a cheats' recipe for a classic Spanish tapas dish. Potatoes topped with spicy tomato and chilli sauce, the name literally means fierce potatoes. They taste great served with cold roast meats or chicken, just add some salad leaves for a lovely summer dinner.

What you need:
- 500g/1lb potatoes, peeled
- 1 (200g) pot of fresh salsa dip
- Roast beef and salad leaves to serve
What you do:
- Cut the potatoes into large, evenly sized chunks. Cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 6-8 mins or until tender and drain.
- Empty the warm potatoes into a bowl, add the salsa and stir well.
- Serve warm or cold.
