Hot smoked salmon with salmon caviar sauce
Make a smoked salmon dish extra special with this luxury caviar sauce that's sure to impress any guest

What you need:
- 4 x Distinctly Scandinavia Hot Smoked Salmon Fillets (cook as per instructions)
- 500g new potatoes, boiled
- 300g cooked peas
- Green leaf salad
For the salmon caviar sauce (optional):
- 100g mayonnaise
- 200g crème fraîche
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 50g jar Salmon Caviar (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Juice of ½ lemon
What you do:
- To make the salmon roe sauce, mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Serve chilled.
- Serve spooned over Hot Smoked Salmon fillets with salad, new potatoes and peas as a main course.
