Hot smoked salmon with salmon caviar sauce

Make a smoked salmon dish extra special with this luxury caviar sauce that's sure to impress any guest

What you need:

  • 4 x Distinctly Scandinavia Hot Smoked Salmon Fillets (cook as per instructions)
  • 500g new potatoes, boiled
  • 300g cooked peas
  • Green leaf salad

For the salmon caviar sauce (optional):

  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 200g crème fraîche
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 50g jar Salmon Caviar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Juice of ½ lemon

What you do:

  1. To make the salmon roe sauce, mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Serve chilled.
  2. Serve spooned over Hot Smoked Salmon fillets with salad, new potatoes and peas as a main course.
