This smoothie is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants so it's the perfect pick-me-up after a late night

Serves: 2

What you need:

  • 500ml Alpro soya alternative to yogurt - Plain
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

What you do:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, food processor or smoothie maker, blend together until smooth.
  2. Add extra ginger to suit your taste and serve immediately.
