Imagine a creamy cheesecake dessert made out of Jaffa cakes and biscuits... Well, now you don't have to!

Prep time: 30 mins
Makes: 4 individual cheesecakes

What you need:

What you do:

  1. Line four individual ramekin dishes with cling film, place on a baking sheet
  2. Take chopped cakes and crushed biscuits, and mix together in a bowl
  3. Melt butter and add to biscuits, thoroughly combine together
  4. Take double cream and whisk until starting to thicken, add cream cheese and sugar, and mix together
  5. Add orange juice and orange liquor gradually and mix all together
  6. Spoon into ramekin dishes and place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours
  7. When thoroughly cooled and set, carefully remove the cheesecakes from the dishes and peel off the cling film
  8. Place on serving plate, sprinkle with drinking chocolate / cocoa and decorate with chocolate wedge & orange rind
