Yogurt with roasted oats & fruit
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it can also be a very tasty one too with this apple yogurt!

What you need:
- 100g jumbo porridge oats
- 2 ripe English pears, cored and diced (420g)
- 2 English red apples, cored and diced (330g)
- 500g low fat natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp clear honey
What you do:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
- Place the oats on a baking tray and roast for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir in the oats.
- Serve chilled drizzled with honey.
Handy hint:
Serve in tall sundae glasses for a special occasion or try using flavoured yogurt for a different flavour.
