Steak sandwich

With National Sandwich Week coming up (12th-19th May) what better time is there to indulge in a delicious steak sandwich?

• Preparation: 5 mins
• Cooking: 5 mins
• Serves: 1

What you need:

• 1 x sirloin steak
• Tracklements Caramelised Red Onion Relish
• Salad Leaves
• A Rustic Baguette

What you do:

1. Grill the steak for three minutes on each side for medium rare. Cook for longer if you prefer.
2. Slice the baguette and lightly toast the outsides.
3. Add salad leaves, the steak and a good amount of Caramelised Red Onion Relish. Delicious!
