Speedy to make, these traditional Mexican chicken fajitas can be made as spicy as you like, then cooled down with sour cream and guacamole

What you need:

What you do:

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips (or coat and cook a whole breast, slicing afterwards) and sprinkle with Wicked Chilli Spice Seasoning.
  2. Heat oil. Add onion and peppers and fry over high heat for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
  4. Heat remaining oil. Add chicken and stir fry for approx. 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and browned.
  5. Add the onions and peppers and quickly fry until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately with flour tortillas, salsa and guacamole.
