A tasty stew that's so quick to prepare it will become a firm family teatime favourite in no time!
- Preparation: 4 mins
- Cooking: 10 mins
- Serves: 4
What you need:
- 1 x 500g jar of Uncle Ben’s Chilli con Carne (medium or hot, dependent on your preference)
- 4 x 62.5g bags of Uncle Ben’s Long Grain boil in the bag rice
- 350g x mini chicken fillets
- 1 x red onion (chopped)
- 150g x green beans cut in half
- 1 x tbsp sunflower oil
What you do:
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil & heat a large non-stick pan on the stove top. Put the bags of Uncle Ben’s boil in the bag Long Grain rice into the water & cook for 10 minutes as instructed on the packet.
- Add oil & chicken to the non-stick pan & cook for 2 minutes so the chicken is sealed. Next, add the chopped onion, green beans & continue to cook for 1 minute.
- Open the jar of Uncle Ben’s Chilli con Carne & pour over the chicken. Bring to a simmer & cook for 6 minutes.
