Asian salmon salad
A healthy, zesty and crispy Asian Salmon salad!

What you need:
- 4tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 2tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2tbsp each lime juice and sesame oil
- 2tbsp brown sugar
- 300g dark green salad leaves
- 450g steamed salmon, skin and bones removed
- 250g each thinly sliced carrot and cucumber
- 100g sliced radish
- 3tbsp fresh coriander leaves, leaves removed and finely chopped
- 1tsp toasted sesame seeds
What you do:
- Stir the Heinz Tomato Ketchup with teriyaki sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and brown sugar until well blended.
- Put to one side.
- Place the salad greens in a large bowl.
- Separate the salmon into large chunks.
- Add salmon to the bowl along with the carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves and radish.
- Toss gently with enough dressing to coat the ingredients.
- Add more dressing to taste.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
Cook's tip:
For a chicken variation, substitute 500g sliced grilled chicken for the salmon.
