Strawberries & cream pastry cases

What you need:
- 1 Pack of Jus-Rol Medium Pastry Cases
- Double Cream
- Punnet of Strawberries
- Sugar to sweeten
What to do:
- Bake the Pastry Cases as per the packaging instructions & allow to cool.
- Meanwhile whip the double cream to form soft peaks and sweeten to taste with sugar.
- Fill the pastry cases with half a strawberry, a dollop of cream and top with strawberry slices.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired
